I will design your optimal program! This is achieved through using sound (recognized) principles of physiological adaptation and the experience of years of coaching hundreds of athletes. The journey is a steady progression taking you from where you are to where you want to be. Although it may seem like a purely physical challenge, I also recognize the psychological component of sport as a powerful component of your success. Whether your challenge is general health and fitness or focused on intense competition, our valuable time together will involve the best practices of productive training.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations in mobility or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury.
These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic loco motor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilized.
