Wake Forest University Masters Swimming
MWF 5:45-7AM - Registration is through the university. The group consists of fitness seekers, triathletes and former college swimmers and the pool is ordered by lane with regard to current ability level. It works! Masters swimming will provides you with a structured workout, external motivators in the form of swimmers side-by-side of you, in front and behind you. It is the perfect way to be more prepared for mass start events like triathlons.
Personal Training (NSCA - Certified Personal Trainer - CPT)
Personal Training is a highly effective way to gain optimal fitness. Personal training is individualized to your exact needs and goals.
One-on-One Personal Training Session (Gym or Outdoor) 50-Minute Session $70
Package of 6x 50-Minute Personal Training Sessions (Gym or Outdoor) Sessions $400
One-on-Two Personal Training Session (Gym or Outdoor) 50-Minute Session $90
Package of 6x 50-Minute Personal Training Sessions (Gym or Outdoor) $520
(2-Person sessions - clients split this price with their training partner however they please.)
Swimming Technique Clinics
DATES: On selected Sundays
LOCATION: Armfield Center, 873 W 52 Bypass, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041
TIME: 1:15PM-2:15PM
COST: $40 (Cash, Check, Zelle)
GROUP: Limited to 8 participants

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
FMS, it all starts with finding out how your body is currently moving. We want to know this and take action before loading your body with the good training stresses that will promote adaption and lead to performance.
The FMS an excellent screening tool used to identify limitations in mobility and/or asymmetries. This screener is a key factor in designing the highest quality program for a client. The FMS is used world-wide by college strength coaches and professional sports organizations. (It is for individuals who currently have no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury.)
One-on-One FMS Session 50-Minute $85
One-on-Two FMS Session 70 Minutes $130
Strength and Conditioning Custom Program for your Sport
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) your sports particular demands are the blueprint for the design of your optimal program. Contact me to schedule a free intro consultation.

Online Coaching
Coach Dave added the online training format of athletes in the late 1990's. This was completely influenced through working with Troy Jacobson at the National Triathlon Academy. NTA was one of the original coaching organizations to provide endurance training programs to athletes world-wide via the internet. Skeptical at first, I soon realized that this was an effective way to help people improve!
Programs (training schedules) are delivered every 2 weeks through email starting at $200 per month.
*Requires client to have: Strava (the free version is perfect), personal fitness/activity tracker such as Garmin.
